Postnatal Doula
As a postnatal doula, I will respond to your unique family, supporting you in a way that is practical and tailored to your needs.
This support can include:
Holding baby in a sling whilst I do some household chores.
Light cleaning
Preparing/Cooking meals
Making time for you to sleep, bathe or care for yourself.
Making time for you to spend with your other children.
Me engaging with your other children, some prepared activities they might like or taking them out for a while, so as you can have some undisturbed time with your newborn
Support with breastfeeding
A ‘ceremony’ to acknowledge becoming a parent, this could be planned by me for you or we could plan this togther.
A ceremony for your partner to acknowledge them becoming a parent, planned by me for them or planned together with them.
